Sometimes life throws the unexpected at us us when we least expect it. Although this can keep life interesting it can also throw a spanner in the works. Below is what you need to do if a curve ball is thrown your way.

Cancellations/Amendments

If you need to cancel/rearrange your appointment I ask you give as much notice as possible. I am happy to reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the appointment without penalty. Any cancellations/ amendments after this with be charged at the full price.

All sessions are to be paid for at the time of booking via the website or if you book directly via bank transfer.
