Preparing for Your Session

To get the most from your session, it's important to arrive with an open mind and heart. The more you’re able to soften into trust and curiosity, the more easily the shifts that want to happen can take place.

Pre-Session Essentials:

1. Complete Your Questionnaire
You’ll receive a short form before your session. This helps me understand your unique situation, life experiences, and what you're currently navigating. It gives us a foundation to work from—and allows your session to be fully tailored to you.

2. Hydrate Well
Hydration is one of the most important ways you can prepare.
Energy flows more easily when the body is hydrated—so please drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session.

3. Give Yourself a Buffer (if possible)
If you can, try to create some quiet space before your session. This helps your system settle and open.
If you’re coming from a busy or high-energy environment, don’t worry—we’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help ground and clear anything that’s been stirred up.

Try a few rounds of slow, conscious breathing:
Inhale gently… and exhale even slower. Repeat 3–5 times.

And remember: You don’t need to arrive “healed,” calm, or clear.
Just come as you are. The work will meet you there.
