Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give as much notice as possible.
I’m happy to move your appointment up to 72 hours in advance with no charge.

However, any cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your session will be charged at the full session price, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.
You can book and pay directly via the website, or—if arranged personally—via bank transfer.
